Opting for a weekday vegetable plan - as spoken about in this TED Talk - is one way of approaching your reduction of red meat consumption.
This is ideal if you're not ready to commit to a vegetarian or plant-based diet.
My transition to a plant-based diet took only a few days and the benefits on my overall health have been only positive. My body is not lacking in any minerals and vitamins, and I don't rely on any more supplements than I did before.
